Privacy policies

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of the SCT app mobile application (the "App") provided by Special Carbide Tool Inc ("Company"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the App.

1. License to Use

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. User Content

By using the App, you may have the opportunity to submit queries and user data like username and password ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and for any consequences thereof. You agree not to submit User Content that violates any third-party rights or is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of this Agreement.
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any security or technological measures of the App.
• Use the App to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Engage in any conduct that interferes with or disrupts the functioning of the App or its servers.
• Use the App as a source of Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) Attack or other type of cybercrime.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 60 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
